News for East Meets South 2004:
East Meets South meets problems
According to the web site for East Meets South, a new convention in Alabama, the hotel has rented the function space out from under them. They are looking for a new venue and expect to be able to make an announcement on Monday afternoon.
This news comes just a few days after East Meets South suffered a web server outage.
The convention plans to give a trip to Japan to one of its pre-registered members. There is no indication that either the convention or the trip giveaway have been cancelled.
