News for Anime Supercon 2007:
Florida comic convention announces Anime Supercon
Ft. Lauderdale, FL. - Following our convention last week (Florida Supercon in Hollywood, FL.), we are proud to announce our plans for 2007.
Our first show of 2007 will be ANIME SUPERCON: The Ft. Lauderdale Anime Convention (A.S.C.) taking place April 13-15, 2007. A.S.C. will take place in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. at the Inverarry Hotel. A new website has been launced to support the show www.animesupercon.com and will be updated on a regular basis with event information, guests of honor and band info. Tickets for A.S.C. will go on sale next week with pricing as follows: $12 weekend pass (before Jan. 1, 2007), $15 weekend pass (before April 12 ,2007), $20 weekend pass at the door. Children under 10 are free when accompanied by an adult.
FLORIDA SUPERCON: The South Florida Comic Book, Sci-Fi & Anime Convention (F.S.C.) will have its second show June 22-24, 2007 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. at The Inverarry Hotel. Fifteen guests have already signed up for the show, including, Alan Burnett (Producer/Writer of Batman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond, The Batman, The Smurfs, Gobots and more!), Dustin Nguyen (Artist of Batman, Wildcats and The Authority) and Ted Mckeever (Artist of Metropol, Eddy Current, Zombies).
