Biography:
Ryukishi07 is the representative member of doujin circle, 07th Expansion, and he is primarily responsible for scenario writing, but also works on illustrations and character design. He is the original creator for the novel games, "Higurashi When They Cry"(2002~), "Umineko When They Cry"(2007~), "Higanbana no Saku Yoru ni"(2010~), and "Rose Gun Days"(2012~) one after another. These work have been spun off to a wide range of media such as a live-action movie, anime, manga, and novels.

At first glance, many of his works seem to have a mystery/horror theme, but they actually feature a passionate theme of love and friendship, and are appreciated by many young fans across the world.
