Patricia Alice Albrecht

Biography:
"The thing about hunger, it makes one irascible," is how Patricia Alice Albrecht began her acting career. She is best known for her voice-over work on JEM and THE HOLOGRAMS as PIZZAZZ, Jem's arch enemy and band leader of the Misfits. Ms. Albrecht admits the role of PIZZAZZ! came naturally. "I was so hungry, thirsty and tired at the audition...when I opened my mouth all I had left for poor Wally (Burr, the show's Director), was venom." And that was just the poison the show's originators needed. The rest is 80's animation magic! Her other voice-over work includes many industrial films, commercials, children's book narrations, and cartoons such as SNORKS and YOGI BEAR. Patricia can be seen in the live action movie MIDNIGHT MADNESS in the co-starring role of Stephen Furst's girlfriend LUCILLE the obnoxious, spoiled, princess which was one of her first acting roles when she arrived in California with acting dreams. Within a year of that performance Patricia was cast as an unwed mother for six weeks on THE YOUNG and the RESTLESS opposite David Hasselhoff, and appeared in ANGIE, EIGHT IS ENOUGH, and later in two episodes of REMINGTON STEELE. David Hasselhoff turned up again when she played opposite him in the horror film, GHOST DANCE, as the office assistant who shares a dalliance with David in a stagecoach only to be stabbed to death by an Indian ghost in the museum. A tour de force of talent Patricia is also an author of fiction and poetry. Patricia currently lives happily ever after in a humble home in Tennessee with her highly tolerant and talented singer-songwriter husband, Bruce Michael Miller. Together they love and guide their son, Forest, a gifted musician, as he launches his new "Country boy band" Chasin' Crazy.
