Biography:
Dive into the fantasy world of J. Scott Campbell. Internationally renowned for his rendition of Marvel and DC Comics characters, with a career spanning over 30 years, J. Scott is only getting started. His sought-after and highly commercialized art combines his love of 90s comics and animation with stylized figures and expressions, and a nod to pin-up favorites Gil Elvgren and Robert McGinnis.
While he quickly found enormous success at Wildstorm with Gen 13 and Danger Girl with Image Comics, J. Scott has always looked to the future. A collector of skills - whether it be penciling, inking, sketching, illustrating, concept art, graphic and typographical design, video editing, and most recently, coloring - he remains in constant evolution to deliver the highest quality product. His artistic vision and style epitomize his love of comics, fantasy art, animation, and pinup art while exposing his proficiency in connecting illustrated characters with an audience.
