Anime Convention

NyanCon was originally named MiniCon, with the first convention occurring on Friday March 29th, 2013. MiniCon was a test by our hard-working staff to see if we could really pull off a convention, and we succeeded with flying colors! Our projected attendance was less than 100, but we exceeded our expectations with 150+ attendees and tons of positive feedback and support! We did not keep the name MiniCon due to another well-established convention also named Minicon. We sought to reduce confusion and create a new identity for a new convention.
