BelleCON is the newest Anime and Japanese culture convention to hit Jacksonville Florida! 2014 will mark its second year of operation. Founded by the renown Anime Belle (Ashley Clark) BelleCON has a wide variety of programming events that can only be found at BelleCON! Including but not limited to: Authentic Tea Room Ceremonies, Anime Fairytale Theater, and exclusive charity events!
