Costume Convention
The first annual Cos & Effect took place on August 13th and 14th, in the Student Union Building at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver). The convention featured 2 main events rooms, 2 general panel/workshop rooms, and content located in the university's pub (for 19+ audiences). The convention also featured an artist alley, and a dealer's hall.
