Anime Convention
El Paso WinterCon exists for the sole purpose of expanding the city's horizons by introducing a new culture in a yearly convention. The main focus of the convention is Japanese culture but is not limited to this group. WinterCon offers a variety of music, art, animation, games, science fiction, educational panels, and a friendly venue for the entire family.
