Bangor Anime started off in February 2024 as Going Merry Con. It is Bangor's first and only ALL ANIME convention. It started as just an in store celebrity signing, and quickly emerged to being a full on convention. It outgrew it's beginning venue in the first year, and we look forward to seeing it expand year after year.
