Comic Convention with Film Festival programming
As a consequence of the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic and after extensive consultation with all our partners, we have decided to postpone Griot Con until September 25, 2021.
While leaders at the city, state, and national level make plans to ease the current stay-athome guidelines, experts also say there is a high chance the virus could make a resurgence in the Fall. The existence of a "2nd wave" is consistent with past pandemics.
The physical health and peace of mind of attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and partners is a priority. We believe postponement will not only minimize health risks but will allow us to recoup the momentum lost and ensure we are able to present the best and safest comic con & film festival possible.
The Griot Con team will be in touch directly with all ticketholders, exhibitors, sponsors, and partners in relation to this postponement and to answer any questions.
