Biography:
Originally formed as a fantasy metal band in 2006 and subsequently inspired by the Video Game Remix scene, Order of Týr creates an amalgamation of many musical styles including Power Metal, Chiptunes, Trance, Hardcore Techno, Symphonic music, and Drum Corps. Their goal is to create fun, high-energy music that brings together people under a common banner of video game and generally nerdy nostalgia. While focusing on music, Order of Týr also uses other forms of media such as video and podcast to enhance the experience of their art and to make that experience as personal as possible.
