Biography:
Gina Novelle started her career as a computer programmer. In a man's field, she quickly learned she had an advantage because she was a woman. When personal computers became the backbone in corporate offices, Gina launched a career in corporate training. Women were not comfortable with the male programmer persona, but welcomed a woman in the office. At a time when men could not get past the "gatekeeper," Gina's expertise was welcomed. Gina owned a corporate training company for over 22 years, and now works as a Computer Specialist at a college in Southern Utah.
