Biography:
Tony Harris is an Emmy, duPont and Peabody Award winning journalist, filmmaker, and host of The HISTORY Channel's popular, nonfiction series The Proof Is Out There.
In his more than 30 years in journalism, Harris has explored a range of hot topics and issues including the rise in hate groups in the U.S. in 2016's Hate In America docuseries, the murder of George Floyd, domestic violence, and his signature true crime series: Scene of the Crime with Tony Harris.

With a diverse broadcast career, Harris has served as New York based correspondent for Entertainment Tonight, as well as an international news anchor for Al Jazeera English covering the 2011 Arab Spring from the Middle East.
To date, Harris is back hosting season two of The Proof Is Out There, an exploration into some of the top videos of the unexplained captured in recent history ranging from UFO sightings to strange creatures captured on video to images of mysterious lights and beyond.
