News for PariahCon 2011:

PariahCon announces additional guests and partnerships

Lakeland, Florida - January 27, 2011. PariahCon is pleased to announce an extended guest list as well as several partnerships for the first year. In addition to the initial guest list, which included Aaron Dismuke and Artix Entertainment, PariahCon is announcing Eileen Stevens, Sonny Strait and nerdrap artist MegaRan as guests for its 2011 convention.

Eileen Stevens is an American voice actress based in New York City. She is best known as the voice of Belldandy in Ah! My Goddess. Other than anime and stage work, Eileen has also done audio-books and commercials.

Don "Sonny" Strait is an American voice actor who works for anime series of FUNimation Entertainment. He has provided voices for a number of characters in English language versions of Japanese anime films such as Krillin in Dragon Ball Z, Usopp in One Piece, and Maes Hughes in Fullmetal Alchemist.

MegaRan released his debut album The Call to rave reviews in 2006, but is noted for releasing an album called Mega Ran, a tribute to the Mega Man video game series in 2007. This album was also named "best of the year" from several sources and landed Random a licensing agreement with video game distributor Capcom and an opportunity to perform at the Capcom booth at Comic-Con in San Diego, CA.

PariahCon will also be working with: B-Kin gaming (http://www.bkin-ubf.com/), who will be running several video game tournaments as well as running a 24 hour video game room during the convention; the Game Show Gurus, who will be running several interactive events during the convention; 91.8 The Fan will be present at the convention (http://www.918thefan.com), covering the convention as press; and the largest partnership will be with Orange Anime (http://www.orangeanime.com/), who will be running the majority of anime related events during the convention.

PariahCon's main events schedule is currently live on the "Schedule" portion of the website (http://www.pariahcon.com/), as well as further information and links relating to the guests. Registration is also currently live (http://pariahcon2011.eventbrite.com/) and further information will be available on the main website as it becomes available.
