Biography:
Bob Carter was born in San Diego, grew up in Atlanta, and finally made his way to Dallas five days before the new millennium. Carter in the Afternoon was part of the DFW radio scene until 9/11 when his world changed forever. Carter moved to South Florida to experience Hurricane living and finally returned to Atlanta and DAVE FM in 2009.

Whether it's on the air, in business, or just as a volunteer, Carter has always been and will continue to be committed to service in the community� but ALWAYS has time for voiceovers in cartoons, commercials, industrials, books on tape, and video games.

When not working, you might find him in Dallas at a Mavericks game, in a random city at a natural history museum or film festival, doing his Rocky impersonation while climbing Stone Mountain, enjoying and/or performing improv comedy, at a car wash bathing his Danes, Hank and Ninja, or making new friends and enjoying the day on a patio. Who knew that such wanderlust, passion for life, and talent for noise would eventually lead him to this?
