Biography:
Being a first generation American along with her older siblings, Deborah Estelle Philips has always embraced her Jamaican and Trinidadian roots. Growing up in the suburbs of La Verne, CA, her unique multicultural background motivated her to be proud of her heritage and stand up for her individuality. Deborah had a natural ability to entertain at an early age, but did not begin exploring the Hollywood Industry until well after high school.

She began working as a television and movie extra before eventually landing guest starring roles on 7th Heaven, Days of Our Lives and Zoe... In 2001, Deborah won the role of Katie Walker from the 9th season of the Power Ranger's series Time Force. Deborah has described this opportunity as one of the most rewarding. "I've not only had the opportunity to work with an amazing cast and crew, but I got to make dreams come true with set visits from Make a Wish Foundation and the City of Hope."

After her Power Ranger's series came to an end, Deborah took a break from the Industry to focus on her personal life. As the youngest of three, Deborah, her brother Randy and sister Monique have always put a high value on their relationship as a family, which took an unfortunate dark turn in 2006 when their mother, Marina Philips lost her battle to Breast Cancer. This was a very difficult time for Deborah. Eventually, she was able to pick up the shattered pieces of her life and return back into the entertainment industry. In 2010, Deborah starred in the web series created by Adrian Moralas, The Cavanaugh's as Charley for 4 seasons as well as co-starred in the film The Company We Keep directed by Roy Campanella II playing the role of Yvette.

It was not until 2011, Deborah had the ultimate renewal. She recalls being alone in her room reflecting on the broken pieces of her life when suddenly, an overwhelming encounter of love consumed her. It was at that moment, Deborah no longer had the desire to live life for her own self gain, but to give all glory to God through Jesus Christ. Her desire moving forward was to be a light in a dark world enlightening others to see the Way, the Truth and the Life. She describes her supernatural encounter with the Holy Spirit as "an eye opening experience." She is passionate about sharing the gospel, her testimony and raising her son Elijah with her husband Steven Michael.
